Sue Swerdlow reveals her love of Polynesia and Hawaii through imaginative portrayals of the land, culture and history. Schooled at Chinoards (now known as California Institute of the Arts) and self taught, this painter uses her inspiration to fuel a wide variety of subjects. Her themes are rendered in acrylics, watercolors, pastels and graphite.
